Spa Covers

.All of our spa covers are tailor made to order. With a variety of colours, materials, and upgrade options, each cover is made to the customers wants and needs. Spa covers are made tapered to encourage water run-off. We offer 3-2”, 4-2”, 4-3”, 5-3”, 5-4”, and 6-4” tapers. Tapers can also be custom cut to go as thick as needed for those larger spanning projects. We use 100% Virgin EPS foam, Aluminum “C” Channel, and Durable materials, like Marine Grade Vinyl and Pro-Tex Polyester, to manufacture each of our covers. Each option and upgrade have various prices differences.

.All materials are UV treated and mold & mildew resistant. Our Pro-Tex is PU coated for Surface Waterproofing. There is a small price increase when choosing the Pro-Tex. Vapor barriers can be upgraded from 2 mil to 4 mil, 6 mil and even 8 mil. The thicker the vapor barrier the lower the water transfer rate, making sure the foam inserts last as long as possible without gaining water-weight. Each cover made in our facility includes safety locks to meet ASTM standards, even on Swim Spas.

By tightening the weave of the filaments and increasing the filament size itself, Dura-Mesh allows much less sand, silt and debris to pass through the cover, while still allowing for rain and melting snow to pass through. Providing 91% shade Dura-Mesh means a cleaner pool in the spring. By using thicker filaments in a denser weave, Dura-Mesh is designed for superior performance under harsh conditions. Dura-Mesh is made with higher abrasion resistance to last longer.
